Living or working in a shared building creates a particular kind of coordination. People need to hear about maintenance, ask a question, see a decision and understand what is due.

A group conversation is convenient for starting a discussion. Over time, though, a request, a notice and an important decision can look almost the same in a busy thread. Finding the outcome becomes another task.

The idea behind Yönetle is to give each kind of information a clear place. An announcement should be easy to find. A request should have a visible status. A poll should show what is being decided and who can participate.

People also need different views. A manager may coordinate the whole building; a resident may only need information relevant to their apartment. A useful experience should reflect those responsibilities.

Yönetle is in development. Its direction is simple: bring the everyday life of a shared space into a clearer mobile structure, one that people can return to without searching through yesterday’s conversation.
